Refund and Returns Policy

At JMeggro, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund or return is necessary. Below is our refund policy for our ecommerce platform.

Perishable goods (food and live stock)

JMeggro sells fresh food and live stock that are perishable goods. Due to the nature of these products, we do not offer refunds or returns once they have been purchased. We understand that these are perishable products and that they are time-sensitive, and we do our best to ensure that they reach you in good condition. If you have any issues with the quality of your perishable goods upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so that we can investigate the matter further.

Accessories and merchandise

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of non-perishable goods such as crates, JMeggro branded t-shirts, bags, writsband, or caps, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a restocking fee.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be credited back to the original method of payment.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund. Products must be returned in the same condition as received.


If the item was received as a gift and marked as such, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, a refund will be issued to the person who made the purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
